Our business services are based on the idea that business owners want their staff doing the work they are paid for, not fixing computers.
What makes us different
We are aware that in some cases IT support has ended up with a reputation of being complicated and expensive. We like to think we are different, all of our representatives obey our own Code of Ethics and are encouraged to become members of the British Computer Society which has its own Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. All of our representatives break down problems into simple, clear language so you can understand what is happening at every stage of the process.
With the ability to offer onsite and offsite support we try to provide you with the assistance you require in a timely fashion. To provide the offsite support we use the Citrix Go-To-Assist service which is a secure service and provides us with one time only access to your computer.
With business systems we recognise the importance of being proactive, so we offer remote monitoring software to our clients which keeps us notified of any system errors or malfunctions which could be precursors to more severe problems.
The more we learn about your company and how you work the greater the assistance we can be to you as we are able to make recommendations that we know will directly benefit you.
Increasingly now, businesses have third party solutions which play a pivotal role in their day to day operations i.e. programs such as CRM (Contact Relationship Management) systems or paperless office systems. The integration of these solutions with your existing infrastructure can often be complicated and full of problems. Even when the system is working there will be ongoing issues which we can help you with by liaising with the providers.

Our Rates
We charge onsite and offsite support in different ways to give you the best value for money we can.
Onsite Support:
We charge £41 (ex. VAT) per hour. The minimum charge is for 1 hour followed by a charge at 30 minute increments thereafter. Where the site is more than 30 miles from Tonbridge we reserve the right to charge travel expenses.
Offsite Support:
We charge £10.25 (ex. VAT) per 15 minutes.
Unless otherwise stated payment is due on receipt of the invoice. We currently accept Cheques and BACS transfers.
All our work is covered under our standard terms and conditions.
