Residential Computer Support
We bring our business level support to our residential clients in an affordable manner. We can assist you with all your PC and MAC issues. If we do not think it is something we will be able to help you with we will suggest another avenue of support.
What makes us different
We are aware that in some cases IT support has ended up with a reputation of being complicated and expensive. We like to think we are different, all of our representatives obey our own Code of Ethics and are encouraged to become members of the British Computer Society which has its own Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics. If you have any concerns or questions you are welcome to contact our Director - John Speed.
All of our representatives break down problems into simple, clear language so you can understand what is happening at every stage of the process.
With the ability to offer onsite and offsite support we aim to provide you with the assistance you require in a timely fashion. To provide the offsite support we use the Citrix Go-To-Assist service which is a secure service and provides us with one time only access to your computer.
